In this process, you work with unconscious material through symbolism.

Guided meditation
Another beneficial creative process in working with guided meditation. I can guide you into a relaxed state of being where you are free to explore
the solutions to life's problems through the realm of imagination. Guided imagery is a safe and effective treatment modality for many people.
