In addition to these testimonials, a number of my clients have seen a dramatic lowering of their high blood pressure.  For example, an elderly woman with acute renal failure, with whom I work by phone, also has severe chemical sensitivity. She writes:

“When I am around fragrances (such as in the waiting room of a doctor's office), my blood pressure has soared many times to 215/104 and higher . . . at best it has been around 170/99 under such circumstances. The lowest it has ever gotten in a doctor's office -- with only a minimal of fragrance exposure about 20 minutes before the blood pressure reading was taken -- was 132/80. There was much rejoicing in that office that day! Most often, I find I run in the 130's over 80's or 140's over low 90's. However, by using your breathing technique I have been able to get it down into the 120s, and even as low as 116/67, but only at home and when I'm thoroughly relaxed. ”
