Non-Toxic Products and Resources for the Chemically Sensitive

Relax & Breathe sessions are gentle, calming, and energizing, all at the same time.

I can work with you remotely over the phone (I have clients in several states, including Hawaii), or in Tucson, AZ:

  • At my office
  • At a health facility
  • At your home if you are home-bound
  • At the Miraval Resort, where I offer sessions for guests

Sessions last from an hour to an hour and a half and consist of 5 parts:

Step One: Orientation and Discovery
Explore the physiology of breath and your own breathing patterns, then learn how to breathe abdominally for maximum oxygenation. This can be a surprising moment of insight, relief, and even delight!

Step Two: Awareness of Tension
Become aware of where tension is held in your body. Are there certain areas which do not “let go?”

Step Three: Deep Relaxation and Guided Imagery
Progressively relax your entire body, then use visualizations to deepen this experience.

Step Four: Oxygenation
Using a series of customized abdominal breathing rhythms, you fully oxygenate your body for anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes.

Step Five: Follow-Up
Two follow-up sessions are recommended, and I will call a week after the last scheduled session to check-in. You are welcome to “check-in” by phone anytime with me during regular office hours.
