Welcome to Stephen T. Smith Consulting!
I am a Professional Engineer, registered in Montana and California. I have
about 30 years of professional experience, including 20 years with a manufacturer of treated wood, coke, and coal tar products. With that company, I held positions including plant engineer and corporate environmental manager, plus 2 ½
years as manager rebuilding and starting a coal tar distillation plant in China. I
now offer consulting service from my home office in Helena, Montana.
