MASSAGE TECHNIQUE

I was trained in Swedish Massage at the Swedish Institute in New York City. In this "school" of massage there are 5 basic strokes. Click on "Videos" link at left and look for "What Is Massage?"

The massage is done on a table. I offer my own brand of Deep Tissue, Sports and/or more Nurturing"Relaxing" type massage (if you just want to chill).

Often, I anoint feet with scented oil during the session--as in biblical times ; ).
