non-smoking condominiums at Watergate Villas East are situated close together in the same building that fronts the oceanfront
pool on beautiful Bolongo beach in St. Thomas. Condominiums are decorated exquisitely in tropical decor, and enjoy delightful
year-round island breezes and excellent oceanfront views of Bolongo Bay's tropical beauty and morning sunrises over the Caribbean
sea.
Condominiums are located where you want to be! Central island location between Charlotte
Amalie and Red Hook on the south sunny shore of St. Thomas. Charlotte Amalie, known as the duty-free shopping capitol of the
Caribbean, is a short 10 minutes drive west, and Red Hook is only 8 minutes drive east, where guests can take a person or
car ferry to enjoy beautiful St. John within 1/2 hour ride.
Our remodeled, oceanfront, non-smoking 2 BR, 2 BA condos are perfect accommodations
for couples or families vacationing together. Condos have spacious, 1100 sq ft, well-designed layouts that promote privacy.
Each two bedroom condo accommodates 4 persons perfectly and can accommodate an additional child or two with pullout or
aerobed option. Condos feature two air conditioned bedrooms set apart from each other and an air-conditioned living room.
Each condo has an oceanfront master suite with a King size bed and large sliding glass door that enjoys a breathtaking view
and access to patio/balcony. The second bedroom can be arranged as two twins or together as a King to your preference.
Each
bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub/shower and vanity/dressing area. All linens, including beach towels, are provided
in the condo.
Wicker/rattan furnishings, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, designer linens, beautiful Caribbean artwork,
and cool white tile floors throughout are just some of the nice appointments of the condos. Both condos were completely remodeled
in 2004 for linens and decorations, ceiling fans, A/Cs, and appliances, and are continously updated during frequent
owner visits. Washers and dryers are conveniently located in the same building.
There are three oceanfront restaurants
right on property. Mim's Seaside Bistro, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and filet mignon,
right at the ocean's edge, as well as Iggie's On the Beach (voted one of the best in the Caribbean with theme nights) and
the elegant Bolongo Beach House Restaurant.
For those of you who may want to dine-in and enjoy the spectacular views
and privacy of your condo, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances and cookware that you have at home.
A dining area adjoins the living room with a designer glass-top dining table and chairs, in addition to patio tables
for exterior dining.
The close proximity of our 2-BR, 2-BA condos to the pool and beach will appeal to parents and
children alike. No need to pack and carry a cooler for the day. From the pool, you are at your condo for cool refreshments;
and at the pool is direct access to the beach and ocean as pictured below. The most convenient setup on the island!

We are a private rental by owner at Watergate Villas East on
Bolongo Bay and are not part of Bolongo Beach Club hotel, but delight in the amenities of renting the watersports and sharing
the lovely beach. All inclusive is not available at this time. At time of reservation, we provide guests with St. Thomas/St. John dining recommendations, watersport rental prices,
and island activity suggestions. Onsite Activities are listed

At our onsite Bolongo beach are snorkeling reef, beach volleyball, tennis courts, basketball, swimming,
three oceanfront restaurants with theme nights (i.e. Carribbean Carnival Night), Book a scuba dive at the onsite dive shop
(St. Thomas Diving Club), Rent watersports, such as wave runners, parasailing, windsurfers, sunfish sailboats, kayaks, and
aqua tricycles, Book a day sail on Heavenly Days to St. John for snorkeling, and much more . . . Bolongo Beach is
a popular site for weddings and vow renewals.

Nearby are: Grocery Stores, K-Mart, Duty-Free Shopping in Charlotte Amalie and Havensite,
Red Hook (harbor with ferries to St. John and British Virgin Islands), Championship Golf Course, Fitness Clubs, Magen's
Bay, Paradise Point, Mountain Top, and Airport are within 15 minutes.
The island of St. John, a short ride from St. Thomas via car or person ferry, is very convenient from the condo.
British Virgin Islands (BVIs) are also within ferry distance.
Taxi Service and Rental Cars are available on island. We recommend a rental car for families. Taxis charge
per person per destination and can become expensive. Advance reservations with Avis or Budget can be much more economical.
Having your own transporation can optimize your vacation experience.
