A Wonderful Christmas! We spent a week at Scott and Leah's condo with another couple at Christmas. The condo was everything they said it would be and was convenient to everything. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise with coffee on the deck each morning and the sound of the ocean. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The beach chairs and cooler made beach hopping very easy.

This was our third trip to the island and our first in a condo, this was the best trip. We were so glad that we were able to find Scott and Leah; they have everything down pat and shared it all with us.

We will definitely stay with them again.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Watergate Villas! A wonderful vacation in St. Thomas at Watergate Villas! The Browning's rent their personal condo and have the best condo location you'll find with the added plus of dining and activity suggestions before you go, and every comfort in the condo - They really think of everything! Visiting St. John was one of our favorite days. We also took Stormy Petral to British Virgin Islands for a day of exploring the Baths and snorkeling. Close to everything. This is the place to stay!

Loved Leah and Scott’s Condo! We had a great time for a week at the condo. The condo is located midway between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook on the beach, so you can quickly get to the best shopping and restaurants on St. Thomas. There is also a very nice restaurant about 50 feet from the condo and the pool is even closer. I think this condo was one of the best equipped that I have ever stayed in, and very nicely furnished and decorated. We look forward to doing it again next year!

Watergate Villas have the comfort of home with the view! After visiting the Caribbean for the first time on a cruise over Christmas, 2004, my husband and I fell in love with Caribbean beaches, weather and music. So we decided to have our summer vacation be on St. Thomas. We found The Watergate Villas on the internet and the owners, Scott and Leah Browning were very helpful with our arrangements. We came in at night and Scott's excellent directions got us to the Watergate Villas very easily. The reminders to drive on the left were also helpful, and the driving was actually easy and fun. No one drives more than 35 mph. The accomodations were very comfortable, and our morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. A person would not need to leave the area as Bolongo Bay was at our feet, and there is volleyball, basketball, swimming (pool and ocean), dancing on Caribbean night, music, food and drink. But check out many of the beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkeling. The water is delightful. We brought our own rafts and floated for hours each day on a different beach. There are many sail boats to take you to St. John and beyond for relaxing day trips. We sailed on the Winifred and there were only 5 of us and Sharon, the Captain and one crew member. He jumped ship and snorkeled with us and we saw lobster, sting ray, cucumber fish and even "Dori". The accommodations at the condo had everything you need including beach towels, chairs, and most of all the view. Buy food basics and water at K-Mart for the best prices. Check out the fruit stands for mangoes. They are the best! We brought one small suitcase of non-perishable food and our own coffee. All the comforts of home. We can't wait to go back! Don't hesitate to email or call the Brownings at the Watergate Villas, as they can be very helpful in your total planning. Enjoy!

Best of the USVI !!! We discovered Scott and Leah Browning and their St. Thomas Watergate Oceanfront Condo on Bolongo Beach through VRBO (Vacation Rentals by Owners). From the first email to the Brownings to the last they were the best folks we've ever dealt with!!! They think of EVERYTHING, for example, hints of where to shop, eat, and dive, and even gave great directions from the airport  to get to their condo! How they describe the condo is exactly accurate and actually it was even better! The bay that the condo is on is nice and breezy and has a beautiful view of the ocean (not other hotels!) My husband could walk to the dive shop. And Iggies Beach bar, only steps away, was family friendly and also perfect for our 20-something sons. We'll certainly be back to St. Thomas and we will definitely stay with the Brownings!

Great Vacation on the beach at Bolongo at Watergate Villas! For five glorious days my husband and I stayed at the Watergate Villa owned by Scott and Leah Browning. The beautiful 2 bedroom condo was newly re-done and right on the beach. The view from the deck was spectacular and much time was enjoyed just taking in the sight of sea and sand. My sister chose to have her wedding on the beach (she rented one of Scott and Leah's studio units and found it charming and comfortable also) and if anyone wants to have a destination wedding, this is the place to go. The people at Bolongo Bay Beach Club (right next to Watergate Villas) were fabulous in their arrangements for this big event.
For several days after the wedding, we took advantage of the wonderful suggestions that Scott and Leah gave us as to what to see and do on the beautiful island of St. Thomas. I have never seen so complete a guide to the beaches, restaurants, ferry timetables, cost of doing fun things etc. on St. Thomas and on the nearby islands. When I look back on the vacation, I will say there was nothing that the Brownings forgot to provide for us; whether it was amenities in the condo or information to help make our stay the best ever. WE WILL RETURN!

A little heaven on Earth! My wife, daughter, her friend and I had a marvelous time at this location. There is so much to see and do that we are making plans for 2006, this time without the kids! St. Thomas is such a beautiful island and the accommodations at this location were more than we would have expected. The owners were so easy to work with and they were so helpful with all of the information given to us to use as a resource for navigating the island. Again, thank you for the use of your condo and we hope to be back soon!

Lovely Accommodations on Bolongo Bay! We enjoyed a lovely week at the Watergate Villas (rented from Scott and Leah Browning) in February, 2005. The condo had just about everything we needed on hand and the visitors information provided by the owners covered the rest. We never got tired of the view from the balcony. We recommend the snorkeling at Coki Beach. The pool at the Watergate was a nice extra. It really was easy to get to St. John's, and well worth the trip.

Wonderful! This was our second stay at Watergate Villas in St. Thomas, and it was terrific. Renting from the Brownings was a great experience. They were very accomodating and the condo was perfect. It was clean and comfortable and very well maintained. We would definitely refer anyone to the Brownings. The year before we rented from a fellow owner at Watergate, and it was not in good condition, and was also much more expensive. Glad we found the Brownings properties. What a difference!

Loved It! Stayed at Watergate villas Feb 05. Our condo unit was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The waves lulled us to sleep nightly from the sliders to the large balcony overlooking Bolongo Bay. The furnishings, linens, beds and kitchen appliances were all sparkling and new. The condo was located right on it's own bay beach, which was great for snorkeling- saw turtles, rays and fish. We also enjoyed visiting other beautiful beaches on St. Thomas and St. John. We would definitely recommend staying at this Watergate condo for anyone looking for a waterfront vacation that was also affordable.

Great Condo. We had a fantastic time in St Thomas. The watergate villa condo was magnificent. It was very clean and wonderfully decorated. Dining and activity information was available and very much appreciated. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling masks, the beach chairs, and the coolers. The cd player with the music (especially the carolina beach music) put us in the right mood. The condo is conveniently located next to the pool.

Sunrise, Comfort, & Great Location! Stayed at Browning’s condo at Watergate for 10 days in Jan/Feb 2005 again (3rd trip to this complex, several trips to others). Feels like a family resort. Great location in terms of proximity to Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook for the ferry to St. John. Unit was very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Pool immediately adjacent, along with a nice restaurant. Several close restaurants including Mims onsite and both Iggies and the Beach House at Bolongo (very short walk on beach). Maintenance staff very friendly, but we didn't need any help. Pricing very attractive for the comfort and location; with a car we could go to St. John or downtown fairly quickly. Other days we just lounged around the pool. Villa had full furnishings/supplies, plus some extras (cooler, chairs, CD player). Best part was the sunrise; great view and excellent way to start the day. Facilities included a washer/dryer very close; cut down on your packed clothes! Highly recommend this facility for a reasonably priced comfortable vacation.

Palm Breeze was Great – New Years 2005! We were married on St. Thomas and returned to celebrate our 5th anniversay. The Palm Breeze Studio was very accommodating, clean and well decorated. On this trip we wanted a more private atmosphere than a resort and the price was a good value. We had chosen Bolongo Bay and the Watergate Villas East because of it's central location on the island. It was a great choice! Bolongo Bay Beach Club next door was convenient as was very short walking distance to three restaurants, all serving great food (one right at the condo building). The ground level balcony that directly overlooks the ocean was relaxing early evenings. The lower pool next to condo was beachside with a bay view and the upper pool on the cliff provided a panoramic view of the ocean sunsets. It was the best of both worlds. Watergate Villas location on the island was perfect for us as it seemed equal distance each way to Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. Some resorts and condos on St. Thomas are on hillsides and Watergate Villas East is mostly beach level. We explored the island mornings and would recommend a rental car or jeep to take advantage of both St. Thomas and St. John. We took the ferry to the island of St. John and celebrated New Year's Eve on Jost Van Dyke. We would stay on St. Thomas or go to St. John for the Eve next time as the late night Boat Charter home was long. The condo had amenities for having breakfast in, a cooler and portable chairs for a take along lunch on beaches and a great suggestion guide for dining at local restaurants and things to do. We will be back to St. Thomas and would definitely recommend the Palm Breeze Condo at Watergate Villas East.

Loved Leah and Scott’s Watergate Condo! I can not brag enough about the fabulous family week-vacation spent at Leah and Scott's condo in the Watergate Villas. It could not be in a nicer location. Sharing the beach with Bolongo Bay Beach Club made it even more special being able to rent and partake in amenities provided by  the small resort. The two restaurants, almost right at the door of the condo were great, for it allowed us to just stroll from the beach right into their dining areas. The condo is so well maintained, and delicately and beautifully decorated that it made our stay a most enjoyable one. We lacked nothing. Leah and Scott's condo is located pool side, yet it remains somewhat private behind the luscious greenery planted around it. The view from the kitchen and the living room is priceless. Your vision goes right to the spectacular views of the ocean. We are hoping to be able to go back on another family vacation there in the near future. Our children who are recent college graduates joined us on this fabulous vacation and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was and how conveniently located it was. We partook of many water activities during our weekstay there which we found very easily through the reference guides prepared by Scott and Leah. It made our stay so much easier and pleasant. My husband, children and I highly recommend this condo. We don't think you could get a better one.

We’ve really enjoyed staying at your place; you’ve done a great job of decorating.  We enjoyed meeting your parents.  We are glad that we chose to come to St. Thomas this year, since our yearly trip to the Grand Caymans was harshly interrupted by the hurricane.  This island has so many beautiful beaches, we didn’t get to see half of them, but everyone that we saw had its own individual beauty.  We will be back.
