We take great care in establishing the look, feel, and sound of the event that you have designed. This is important not only to satisfy the client's needs, but also to insure that what the client gets is clearly perceived as your company's conception.

COORDINATION
We have the experience and vast array of skills needed to pull together all the elements required in pre-production, and to manage them on site, in order to insure the success of the event.

LARRY SWARTZ
Larry Swartz has spent more than 20 years producing large and small corporate events, meetings, team building activities, and product launches. He has worked in-house for an international design firm, a destination management company, a travel agency, and many of the country's top event production companies. As a national and international free-lancer, he has produced events that have won many industry awards, most recently at the 2004 Special Event Conference.

His responsibilities have included proposal conceptualization, site selection, costing, scripting, directing, and producing name entertainment. It goes without saying that he is accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Larry has produced events nationally and internationally for dozens of Fortune 500 companies.
