In 1998, the production of the series of 12 programs "Tamazgha, Berber land of Morocco" began, followed by the Los Angeles series, "The Russell Means Show" (six programs) and "Amazigh News" (9 programs to date)- Tazzla Institute also produced four hours on the Ecology and History of the San Francisco Bay Area for the benefit of the Environmental Forum Programs of Marin county.

Our Mission

Our mission is to celebrate indigenous cultures (American Indian and Berber)while informing our American viewing audiences of human rights and cultural issues. Through these programs, Helene E. Hagan, who has also written numerous articles and two books, has created a series of visual essays on her native land of Morocco and the Amazigh (Berber) movement. This is a unique series of programs spanning ten years of production, ranging from Rock Art sites of Morocco to the Ecology of an oasis, as well as intensive Human Rights programs on Morocco, Algeria and the Tuaregs of Niger and Mali.
