Chavurah groups of 12 to 16 people are available to Temple Beth Shalom members. They meet monthly to share an "extended family" type experience. New groups are constantly being formed. When a chavurah really "clicks", its members experience years of wonderful relationships, fun, closeness and personal growth.
Each Chavurah decides its calendar based on its own interests, including learning and social activities. They often celebrate Jewish Holidays together, invite speakers to their meetings, or attend cultural events or dinner together.
A Chavurah Committee is always available to offer advice, suggestions for programs, or any other help.
