Weekly rentals:
Check in 3 PM Friday
Check out 10 AM following Friday
$350 Refundable security deposit required.
Deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check out if house is cleaned, undamaged and all contents are in place.
Linens are the responsibility of the guest. Linens are available for $50/week with 2 week advance notice.
$100 cleaning fee required
Three day rentals are available in the spring, fall, and winter season. Call for details and availability.

Reservations
To reserve your week at the Victory House, the security deposit of $350 is required. Payment in full
is due 4 weeks prior to check in.
Deposit/Payment Schedule
$350- To reserve rental dates, due at time of reservation

Cancellation- Time is critical in renting vacation properties. If you cancel for any
reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your security deposit can not be refunded unless the house is re-rented
(and then less a $100 administration fee). We will make every effort to re-rent the property during the time you had
reserved.
Refunds for Cancellations
Greater than 30 days, if house is re-rented - security deposit refunded, minus $100 admin fee
Less than 30 days, if house re-rented - security deposit refunded, + 75% of rental fee refunded
Less than 10 days, if house re-rented - security deposit refunded + 50% of rental fee refunded
*Note: All attempts will be made to re-rent the house if you notify of cancellation. If the house is not rented after
cancellation notice, all monies paid are forfeited*
