Aerial photo of Whitfield Farms Airport (4W4)
Members of the Tri-County R/C Club fly their model aircraft from the north end of Whitfield Farms Airport near Hurdle Mills, NC. Even though this grass airstrip has been used for
Radio Control (R/C) flying for many years, it was not until April 2003 that the Tri-County R/C Club was formed.
Although full-scale aircraft are rare these days, they always have the right-of-way at the airport.
Come and join the fun!
