The Southgate Road property was donated to the Land Trust in 2004.  This property has several tall trees on it.  The property is dry.  The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is about 1 acre in size.  In early January, 2007, about 8 large white poplar trees were removed without authorization.  The Land Trust is currently pursuing remeditation for that unauthorized tree removal.
