Ordering an Instrument

My instruments are built to custom order. I require a $100 deposit on placement of the order. When I am ready to build, I verify the order and details, and start the instrument. When the instrument is completed, the balance is due.

I spend a great deal of time refining the designs and making sure that the instruments work well, but they can't be perfect for everyone and every repertoire. I will be happy to refer customers to other makers if I think they can better meet their needs.

About the Waiting List

Typically my waiting list is about 6 to 12 months long, depending upon the number and complexity of the instruments on it, and whether life throws any curve balls my direction.  When you order, I can give you an approximate time frame for when your instrument will be complete.

When you reach the top of the waiting list I need to verify the order and the details.  At this point, your instrument is about 6 weeks from completion.
