Instructions Check List:

• ___ Complete the application form
• ___ Include your artist's statement
• ___ Include pictures of 5 representative examples of your work - Slides - 35mm in cardboard mounts. Print your name on back of mount - 5x7 - 8x10" photographic prints - - Digital picture files in jpg or tiff format, 8x10" at 300 dpi on CD You may include a description of the work if size or other important information is not obvious in the pictures. If sending a CD, include description in a separate file in *.txt or *.rtf format. Pictures will be returned if you send the necessary prepaid shipping materials, or can be picked up

Submission of one or more art pieces per booth with your list price of at least $100 (see Information for Artists) Remember that the artist will receive 40% of the sales price and Spicewood Arts Society will retain a 60% commission

C. Pictures of your Art work
Include photographic prints, slides or a CD with digital pictures of at least 5 pieces of your work. If you wish these to be returned, please include appropriate prepaid shipping materials.

D. Artist's Statement
Provide a brief (fewer than 100 words) artist's statement. Excerpts may be used in publicizing the Arts Roundup and during the live art auction.
