This is without doubt the worst condition note in my collection. Although I have several others which grade "Poor," this has to be the epitome of the grade! Yet it is the only example known in collector hands and no way would I part with it except on obtaining a better grade. I had classified the existence of this variety as "unlikely" until one day while checking through some old notes at the Central Bank in Benin - voila!
