The Mali 10000 francs of 1974-82 (during a period in which the country had its own currency rather than that of the West African States) is an especially vividly-colored note. The reverse is one of my favorite designs. It is not particularly rare, but the tough part of collecting this note is finding all of the seven different signature varieties.
