GUESTROOM ARRIVAL DATES:  Friday, July 1, 2010

 

GUESTROOM DEPARTURE DATES:  Sunday, July 3, 2010

 

RESERVATION METHOD:  Individuals will call the Hotel directly to make reservations at (605)886-8011.  Guests must specify they are with Class of 1965 Reunion to receive the special group rate. (Note: The special group rate and room block WILL NOT be available through the Best Western Reservations System.) Mallory Hagen, Front Desk Manager, is available to assist with any questions concerning the guest room block and reservations.

 

CUT OFF DATE:  All reservations must be received by June 1, 2010.  At that time the remaining blocked rooms will be released and sold on a first come first served basis.  Guestroom availability and special group rates cannot be guaranteed after this date.

 

ARRIVAL TIME:  Daily check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is 12 pm.  All reservations will be held only until 4 pm on the day of arrival, unless the individual guarantees the reservation for late arrival with a credit card.  We cannot guarantee early check-in for any guest.  If you or your guests wish to check in before 3 pm, please call ahead to check the status of your room.

 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:  Event guests are responsibile for rooms, tax, and incidental charges.
