A one-time departure clean will be added to the above rates.  A minimal 6 night (7 in July) stay is required at all times (unless there is a late vacancy) with normal arrival on Saturday afternoon.    Send e-mail for request for exceptions and possible discount specials.  Departure time is 10:am;  arrival at 3:00pm (on occasion Saturday's may require a 5:00 pm arrival for previous booking clean-up).  Rates are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
